Room Attendants
Description:
Responsible for cleaning bathtub, toliet, sink, walls, mirrors, tiles, counters, and floor using cloths, mops, sponges, brushes,and/or cleaning agents by extending arms over head, bending, and or stooping. Strip and make beds, change linens. Prior cleaning experience preferred. Must be flexible in regards to scheduling. Must have basic English language skills.

Description:
Must exhibit a positive, friendly, helpful attitude toward fellow team members and guests. Responsibilties include but are not limited to: preparing all major food items, maintaining control charts of all food items produced, and opening and closing checklists and production of daily menu items. Other duties include being able to read and follow menus and recipes and compute basic mathematical calculations. Must be available 5am - 1pm. Experience is required. Culinary school preferred.

Director of Catering
Description:
Min. Qualifications: Coordinating, supervising and directing all aspects of the Catering Department while maintaining profitable operations and high quality product/service levels. She/he is expected to maximize revenues, exceed budgeted revenues, as well as develop and implement strategies to increase business. The Director of Catering is responsible for effectively selling the public space, food and beverage, and function planning services of the hotel to maximize revenues and profits for the hotel. Maintain existing accounts, establish new accounts, generate revenues, monitor booking pace, while providing consistently high quality service. She/he maximizes current hotel key accounts by identifying and capturing those that offer revenue growth. Utilizes yield management techniques by profitably negotiating room rates and function space commitments in order to enhance the hotel's financial performance. The Director of Catering develops strong customer relationships through frequent communication and the use of professional, courteous and ethical interpersonal interaction. She/he must be capable of planning menus, working within budget guidelines, forecasting and understanding food and beverage costs. The ideal candidate will have at least five (5) years of progressive Catering Sales Management experience in a luxury hotel environment and/or related field; must have strong knowledge of Food & Beverage, Health Department Rules and Regulations; and Ohio Liquor Laws and Regulations. She/he needs excellent literary skills to read BEO's, process gratuities and payroll, etc. Extensive social, wedding and event sales experience in a luxury hotel environment strongly preferred. Ability to lead, manage and motivate a team in a very fast paced work environment. Ideal candidate is extremely organized, can successfully manage multiple projects at once and has a keen sense of style and attention to detail. Must have a thorough knowledge of Delphi and Delphi diagrams.

Duties may include: Reviewing reservations, handling cash, assisting with daily payroll and schedules, fielding guest complaints and resolving complications. Job Summary: The position of Restaurant & Bar Manager is responsible for the management and coordination of all bartenders and activities pertaining to bar service, in our upscale Hotel Restaurant and Bar located in the heart of Cincinnati. Responsibilities: • Responsible for hiring, training and scheduling of all bartenders to the business needs of the hotel events. • Organize reservations and special events in the restaurant and bar areas. • Deliver first class customer service exceeding hotel standards and expectations. • Assist in setting first class standards for bar service at the club and ensure that all bartenders exceed these expectations. • Assist in the opening and closing of the Bar pertaining to the wines and liquors. • Maintains liquor inventory – procurement and control. • Maintain profitability of outlet to support overall hotel operation. • Responsible for beverage sales and services while maintaining Company, State and Town Standards. • Follow and obey all State and Town Liquor Laws, Ordinances, etc. • Always maintain an optimum cleanliness of the workspace. • Ensure that bartenders keep work stations clean, organized, properly stocked and secured at the end of each shift. • Establish good lines of communication and operation with all members of the wait staff, kitchen staff, fellow bartenders and supervisors. Reconcile all cash receipts, at the completion of each shift. Perform duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Executive Chef. Requirements: • Thorough knowledge of Food & Beverage outlet operations including foods, beverages, supervisory aspects, service techniques, and guest interaction. • Experience with Craft cocktail creation and drink menu creation/maintenance • College degree preferred • Minimum of 2 years experience in Food & Beverage, preferrably in an upscale environment • Leadership qualities • Communication skills • TIPS/Alcohol Awareness Certification, a plus

Cut, trim, bone, tie and grind meats, such as beef, pork, poultry and fish to prepare meat in cooking forms. Estimate requirements and order or requisition meat supplies to maintain inventories. Receive, inspect, and store meat upon delivery to ensure meat quality. Record quality of meat received and issue to cooks and/or keep records of meat sales. Negotiate with representatives from supply companies to determine order details. Ability to stand and walk continuously to perform essential job functions for duration of shift.
